Bergton Fair

Celebrate 75 years of tradition at the Bergton Fair, August 4 through August 8, 2026. This beloved community event features five days of live entertainment, carnival rides, blue-ribbon exhibits, delicious fair food, and family fun in the heart of western Rockingham County.

Admission: $3 | Children 12 and under free | Adults only $1 on Tuesday and Wednesday

Fair Food & Carnival Rides

Food vendors begin serving at 5:00 p.m. each day with a wide variety of fair favorites, including fried chicken, country ham sandwiches, barbecue, funnel cakes, homemade desserts, kettle corn, hand-dipped ice cream, and more.

Carnival rides begin at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with $20 unlimited ride wristbands available each night.

Exhibits & Anniversary Fun

Browse exhibits featuring local arts, crafts, baked goods, produce, quilts, and other blue-ribbon entries from the community. While you're there, stop by the apparel building to pick up a limited-edition 75th Anniversary Bergton Fair T-shirt or other commemorative merchandise while supplies last.
